This project is still not finished. I finished the front panel while staying with my mom last year and using her sewing machine, and now that I have a sewing machine again, you should see this one finished shortly! I had a lot of fun with this super easy quilt. Each block is made of six strips of fabric (6 1/2″ x 1 1/2″) and then sewn together in a cascade of color. I purposely turned the blocks alternating directions so that the colors of the blocks meet up in different places, instead of being corner-to-corner and uniform. I like the craziness of the way it turned out. The bright colors and pattern are cheerful and non-conformist
